Spawning
again.

A new independent game project is taking shape in the deep. More when it’s ready.

Built to make player and gameplay data useful.

Anglerfish Labs began as a startup built to bring practical game analytics to teams without large-studio data infrastructure.

At the time, game reporting mostly focused on business metrics like DAU, LTV, transactions, and sales. Anglerfish explored data-informed design: finding balance problems, progression roadblocks, boss difficulty spikes, content patterns, and economy exploits early enough to act.

From product questions to early prototypes.

Early-stage work across the product and technical lifecycle, focused on turning player and gameplay data into decisions.
